NRC-38-96-282 Modification No. 6 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to increase the funding in the contract, by $40,000.00 from $470,000.00 to $510,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
Section B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS (JUN 1988),
i paragraph (b), first sentence is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$510,000.00."
A summary of obligations for this contract from date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
TOTAL FY96 OBLIGATIONS:
$275,000.00 TOTAL FY97 OBLIGATIONS:
$235,000.00 CUMULATIVE TOTAL NRC OBLIGATIONS:
