Ms. Billie Pirner Garde Citizens Clinic Director Government Accountability Project 1555 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Suite 202 IN RESPONSE REFER Washington, DC 20036 TO FOIA-85-547
Dear Ms. Garde:
This is in response to your letter dated July 25, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all records relevant to and/or generated in connection with all communications between Harold Denton, William Dircks, and Victor Stello regarding Comanche Peak.
During an August 12, 1985, telephone conversation with Joseph Cawley, you agreed to withdraw this FOIA request since it is identical to an F0IA request (F0lA-85-491)'you submitt'd previously.
e The three records listed on the enclosed appendix were identified by NRC staff members during search efforts which occurred prior to your telephone withdrawal of your request. Although they are not subject to F01A-85-547, the NRC is releasing these records in response to this F0IA request. The documents are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, in file folder F01A-85-547 under your name.
