Region I Inspection 50-309/85-28 Gentlemen:
We have reviewed the subject inspection report and we believe it to be generally accurate. However, we do have several comments which are provided below for your consideration.
As noted in Reference (c), we believe that the steam generator low pressure instruments would have functioned properly but it is possible that their response time may have been slow in the event of rapid pressure For this reason, we believe the instruments were potentially changes.
