Dear Mr. Morgan:
This is in response to your letter dated July 24, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of documentation of inspections, complaints, violations, tests and surveys regarding nuclear processing and waste disposal at the Babcock and Wilcox processing sites in Apollo, Leechburg and/or Parks Township, Pennsylvania.
In a telephone conversation on August 6, 1985, with Alzonia Shepard of my staff, you narrowed the scope of your F0IA request to computer printouts for the Apollo facility, Docket 70-364, and the Parks Township facility, Docket 70-135. The printouts list all records under these dockets that are available to the public in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
If you are interested in obtaining any of the records, please. place a check mark at eac5 such record and send any marked computer printout pages to the PDR. We are enciosing a notice that provides additional procedures and the charges for obtaining records from the PDR.
