This modificatio- is issued to: 1) Modify Section C of the subject agreement to include indexing of scanned TIF files by creating directories and subdirectories; and 2) Modify Section B of the subject agreement to include i line item for directories and subdirectories. Accordingly, the interagency agreement is hereby modified.
- 1) Section B, entitled " Services and Prices" is deleted and replaced with the following in lieu thereof:

- 2) Section C, entitled " Description / Specifications / Work Statement",
Subsection C.1.3, Scope of Work, is modified to add the following:
The Contractor shall provide indexing of scanned TIF files by creating directories and subdirectories. The Contractor shall identify directories using predefined filenames noted on each document or by a sequential numbering system specified by the NRC."
This modification does not obligate additional funds. The contract ce16h.g of
$200,000.00 remains unchanged.
