I DIABLO CANYON ALLEGATION REVIEW BOARD MEETING An Allegation Review Board, comprised of the below listed individuals, was convened on January 3, 1986, to examine and disposition the below listed item as follows:
OI Case No. Q5-85-007 (ATS Nos. RV-83-A-063, RV-84-A-064, and RV-84-A-069; Allegation Nos. 0091, 1015 and 1149 respectively) Worker transferred for raising safety concerns on spring can bracket.
Inquiry and associated allegations are CLOSED. The work pertaining to the allegations was not within the jurisdiction of the NRC (non-safety-related).
Results of the investigation indicate that the worker was reassigned to other hanger work because he did not want work to continue on this matter until all NDE work on the welded beam attachments, including traceability, had been completed. The installation of the welded beam attachment (/
ha er 1029-5CS) was subsequently completed.
