Enclosed for your information are three (3) copies of.YoQAP-1-A, Revision 16. The revision addresses organization and programmatic changes to our program for our Operating Plants: Yankee Rowe (DPR-3) and Vermont Yankee (DPR-28).

An evaluation has been performed on each change to determine if any requirements contained in the previous NRC Approved QA Program were deleted or made less stringent and, thereby constitute a reduction of commitments. The evaluation used 10CFR50, Appendix B requirements as the basis for concluding that the revised program incorporating the changes continues to satisfy the criteria of Appendix B. All changes are summarized in the attachment.
