Interagency Agreement No. NRC-02-85-004, Modification No. 1 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $150,000.00. The amount of $100,000.00 shall be applicable to Task Order No. 002; the amount of $50,000.00 shall be applicable to Task Order No. 003. The Agreement is therefore modified as follows: s Under Article III Estimate of Cost and ObligLtion of Funds, change the second sentence'to read:
"The amount currently obligated by the NRC is $300,000.00 and
- shall only be utilized as authorized throcch the issuance of task orders." '
All other tenns and conditions, including the estimated cost of $425,000.00, remain the same.
