XX NRC PROPOSED FEE SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997 Supplemental Information: The NRC recently sent you, under separate cover, a copy of the NRC's proposed fee schedule rule for Fiscal Year 1997 dated February 25,1997. The Federal Reaister reference is 62 FR 8885-8906, February 27,1997. The comment period for the proposed rule expires March 31,1997. You may want to send a copy of the proposed rule to your licensees who may perform work in non-Agreement States under the reciprocity provisions of 10 CFR 15J.20 since the proposed rule assesses fees to those Agreement 4
State licensees. The r;ciprocity fee schedule is on page 38 and 39 of the document provided to you or on 32 FR 8898. For additional copies of the document, please contact C. James Holloway, Jr., at 301-415-6213.
