Pursuant to Article III of this contract entitled " Maximum /l'iinimum Quantity and Obligation of Funds," the Government hereby requires an additional course to be give-in the second year of this contract.

The course shall begin on July 29, 1985, and shal:

Pursuant to Article I, " Scope of Work," Item No. One (1) B, as a result of the Government requirement specified above in Item No. One (1) of this Modification No. Three (3), the total amount of this contract is increased ty the amount of 5393.33.

The contractor agrees to increase the length of the current required course and the one to be given subsequent to the executed date of this Modification No. Three (3) from four (4) to five (5) days each for the total amount of $786.66. Accordingly, under Article 1, " Scope of Work," Paragraph D, " Statement of Work," Subparagraph 1,

" Description of Course," Section a, the first sentence is deleted in its entirety.

The following is substituted in lieu thereof:

"a.

The basic training course to be conducted during the first year of this contract shall be three (3) days in duration.

The second training course to be given during the initial year shall be four (4) days in duration.

Each other course to be conducted during the full period of performance of this contract, including the basic training course for the second year of performance and the optional course to be given in the second year of the contract, shall be five (5) days in duration.

Class hours shall commence at approximately 8:00 AM and shall end at approximately 5:00 PM, with laboratory hours scheduled as needed.

As a result of item No. Three (3) of this Modification No. Three (3), Article I,

" Scope of Work," Paragraph A is deleted in its entirety.

The following is sub-stituted in lieu thereof:

As as result of this I ocification No. Three (3), the total amount obligated pursuant to this contract is increased by $393.33, from 525,356.66 to 525,749.99.
