NRC-38-92-287 Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to increase the obligated amount in the contract by $3.500.00 from $40,300.00 to $43,800.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Section B, Subsection B.4, Consideration and Obligation -- Delivery Orders, paragraph b, first sentence is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"b. .The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$43,800.00."
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
