Transportation Certification Branch Approval Record Model No. TREAT Packaae Docket No. 71-5828 By application dated August 6,1985, Babcock & Wilcox Company requested an anendment to the Model No. T9 EAT package to pemit the shipment of two ORNL-ORR shim rod assemblies with an increased U-235 content. The U-235 content was increased from 350 grams to 8n0 grams.

This is less than the previously authorized contents of 2.1 kg fissile material.

The NRC staff concludes that the proposed additional contents neets the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71.
