ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT With the upcoming reorganization, there are numerous administrative tasks that have to be accomplished. With proper planning and cooperation on everyone's part, implementing the new organization will become less burdensome.
Relocating individuals consistent with the new organization will be a large logistical effort and in preparation for this effort, it is requested that supervisors instruct their staff to do the following:

Cona r.t an indepth review of all files and determine what material should be destroyed, filed for storage at the warehouse or retained. The retained material (both the storage and active files) should be sorted in a logical manner consistant with the new organizational structure.
This is particularly important for DSI and DOE since the material in these Divisions will be essentially distributed into three separate Divisions (Pressurized Water Reactor Licensing-A, Boiling Water Reactor Licensing, and Pressurized Water Reactor Licensing-8).
