The problem of inadequate capacity of the main steam safety valves seems similar to the previously reviewed problem of the RCS safety valves. I would j appreciate your review of this issue, along with your judgment as to whether

it could be generic'to other plants. Depending on your conclusions, an infor-

[ mation notice, or possibly a bulletin, or generic letter may be appropriate.
