BY THE SOUTHWESTERN ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC.
Atti.ched is a rec et for hearing submitted by the Southwestern Electric Cooperative dated February 28,1997. The request was submitted in response to a notice in the Federal Recister addressing Commission consideration of the issuance of an order approving the transfer of the Facility Operating License for the Clinton Power Station (Docket No. 50-461) from the Soyland Power Cooperative to the Illinois Power Company, as well as Commission consideration of conforming amendments to the license associated with the transfer. The notice was published in the Federal Renister at 62 Fed. Reg. 4337 (January 29,1997). Copy attached.
The request for hearing is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 2.772(j).
