. The purpose of.this modification is to (1) extend the period of performance, (2) add rate of payment for CY 1997, and (3) provide incremental funding in l the amount-of $45,000 for CY 1997. As a result of this action, the total 1 amount obligated is $587,750. Accordingly, the following . changes are hereby '
made:
- 1. Article III - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, Paragraph A. is revised to read as '
! follows:
"A. The period of performance hereunder shall commence on January 1, 1983 and shall. continue through December 31, 1997, unless sooner terminated or extended, as herein provided."
- 2. Article V - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, Paragraph A., Consideration, Items No. 1. and 3 are revised to read as follows:
l "1. The Commission will provide funds to the State in the amount of "
l $587,750 during the fifteen (15) year period of performance. The j rate of payment to the State for calendar year 1997 is as follows:
l CY-1997 - $16,000 per site (2), per year for EM Programs CY-1997 - $ 2,500 per site (2), per year for TLD Programs l CY-1997 - $ 8,000 per-site (1), per year for 1/2 EM Program" l "3. The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to l this cooperative agreement for the'CY-1997 effort is $45,000.
