Clerical error resulting in substantive ommission In Applicant's statement of material facts concerning contention item 9.A. a blank was inadvertently left in the second material fact.
The final sentence of that material fact currently reads "The NRC issued an item of noncompliance, severity level as a result of these improper inspections."
The severity level of the item of noncompliance was a level IV.
II.
Clerical error requiring deletion of one page In Applicant's material concerning contention item 5, there is an unsigned affidavit form for Kenneth T.
Kostal's testimony concerning contention item 5.A.
Mr. Kostals' signed affidavit which appears prior to his testimony for the general portion of contention item 5 covers his testimony for 5.A.,
