Request for One-Time Exemption from FfNC Plan for License SNM-1107, Docket 70-1151 The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby requests a singular exemption from the provisions of the Columbia Plant FNMC Plan to permit a contingency method for receipt of UF6 Cylinders.
The attachment to this letter provides additional information and justification for this request.
Enclosed is a check for $150 to cover the cost of this application for approval.
Westinghouse requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d).
