DWM The Kennecott L-Bar letter of File search did not locate credit amendment dated 10-25-93 is original documents. On 2-16-96, not in the instrument file. The PM sent letter to licensee HLUR project manager needs to requesting originals. Bank will locate this document. My audit of not re-issue amendment.
PM 1-26-95 identified the need to needs to recheck files. On 9-obtain original copies of the 10-96 LLDP requested URB to instruments for this license. With again check files or request the the exception of the above licensee to have the letter of amendment, the instrument documents credit reissued. Bank re-issued have been located.

03, and SUB-1259 requires a standby trust agreement. The instrument did not include the standby trust but included only two amendments to the standby trust. The project manager needs to locate the original, executed standby trust.
One of the standby trust amendments was transmitted in 3 copies.
Each of the three copies was partially executed. The project manager should obtain the appropriate signatures for these amendments.
