Contract No. NRC-26-94-263. Task Order No. 9 In accordance with Section G.3 entitled. " Task Order Procedures" of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 9.
The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 9 shall be in effect from March 3. 1997 through September 30, 1997, with a ceiling of $94.140.00. The amount of $85.764.00 represents the total firm-fixed-price for the course as stated in the enclosed Statement of Work. The amount of $8.376.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs for travel associated with this task order.
