PROPOSED REVISION TO THE SECURITY PLAN The attached proposed revision to the Big Rock Point Security Plan was made due to construction of an Alternate Shutdown Facility. Consumers Power Company has determined that these changes do not degrade the safeguards effectiveness of the site and therefore are submitted under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p). Formal revision to the Big Rock Point Security Plan will be submitted upon completion of drawing revisions.
Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
