Electromatic helief Valve RC-RV-2 for Unit II was disassembled,' inspected, repaired,
and tested in accord'ance with Work Request 14'67.

The accep.tance crit.eria'ifoi the' lapping'of the valve seating. disc surface was determined., Quality Control witnessed the te' sting of the valve! which consisted of:

1.
An electrical test with no pressure applied.
2.
Pres'sure applied to 2300 psig and electrically " popped" three co'nsecutive tines in a span of five minutes.
3.
Leak test after." popping" at 2300 psig and held for five' minutes 41th no leaks observed.
,i All tests were performed satisfactorily.
