Dear Mr. Crow:
As discussed with Mr. George Bidinger of your staff, Mr. R. J. Klotz will replace Mr. L. J. Swallow as Criticality Specialist for the Hematite facility effective November 1,1985. Mr. Klotz has served as a member of our annual audit team and has also made criticality reviews and overchecks for our operations.
His resume' is on file as part of Windsor's SNM-1067 license renewal.
Mr. Bidinger agreed that no char.ges to our license appeared to be necessary at this time since the Criticality Specialist is identified only in the demonstration part of our license application.
