z RESoLU11OH:

Our interpretation of the statement "no UT instances" is that there are "no reportable UT indications". We have also been informed verba.11y that there are no visibic marks on the flywhcc1 caused by the trapped bolt.

We see no need for any further inspection of the subject flyuheel.
