RECORD OF ACTIONS, TMI-2 By memorandum dated 04/24/79. u, Denton requested a record of personnel engaged in the NRC response co the TMI accident.
Since I am not certain that my actions and/or communications are logged in the IRC, the enclosed is a summary (to the best of my recollection) of the period 03/29/79 through 04/01/79 with personal notes attached.

ENCLOSURE Record of Actions Thursday, 03/29/79 Arrived work & told by R. Mattson to pick up rome 8:15 a.m.
clothing & proceed to TMI-2 with NRC team.
Left Bethesda in car rented by C. Berlinger. Third 10:30 a.m.
party in car was F. Ashe.
Arrived TMI-2 Observation Center & met with rest of 1:00 p.m.

Afternoon presentation by licensee on scenario & plant Later.
status (Technical - J. Herbein).
Dignitaries present:
Senator Hart, et al.
(Observation Center)
Spent some time late afternoon on Island in Processing Center (with C. Berlinger, et al.).
Discussion of scenario..&. plant status with R. Wilson of GPU..
Evening to Worked in conference room at motel with NRC team pulling Midnight together a consolidated version of event scenario.
Friday, 03/30/79 Assembled at Observation Center. Told to go back to 7:30 a.m.
Island with others tn serve as communication link to NRC at Observacion Center.
Also to gather information
& advise as needed.
Discussions with I&E (D. Beckham) on scenario & plant Morning status took place.
Discussions on scenario took place with George Kunder (operator).
Present was C. Berlinger, et al.
Back at Cbservation Center.
sNoon delo arrived later with H. Denton, V. Stello, & other NRC people.
First NRC team held briefing outside with new NRC team (01shinski, Lauben, Thadani, et al.).
Afternoon Returned to Island (Processing Center) with other NRC
-people (Newberry, et al.).

Friday, 03/30/79--continued 4:30 p.m.
Meeting in G. Millsr trailer (on Island) with D.Ross, R. Wilson, & S. Newberry.
Discussed plant status.
Left S. Newberry in trailer & returned to Processing Center.
Later
- Returned to Observation Center for briefing.
Told to relieve T. Novak in control room the following morning (with N. Lauben).
C. Berlinger & others to continue to work from Processing Center.
Returned to motel.
Saturday, 03/31/79 7:30 a.m.
Arrived Observation Center & began processing to go on Island.,
s9:30 a.m.
N. Lauben & I relieved J. Olshinski & S. Newberry in Control Room.
Later Spent day either responding to requests from Observation Center, observing plant operations, or reviewing &
discussing proposed Emergency Procedures.

Relieved by T. Novak, et al.
Arrived Observation Center for additional discussions prior to returning to motel.
Sunday, 04/01/79 7:30 a.m.
Arrived Observation Center & began processing to go on Island.
