Dear Mr. Ketzlach:
In April'1985, I advised you that as a result of personnel changes I would be filling the position of Manager of Safety and Licensing in an acting capacity.
I advised you that this would be a temporary situation, and that the various NRC license recognized organizational functions were delegated appropriately to maintain continuity for the temporary period.
D. W.
Zeff, who was previously Manager of Safety and Licensing, has returned to the CNFP and assumed the position of Manager of Support Services.
Support Services includes the plant computer installation and the NRC Licensing activity.
The Safety function has been assigned to Mr. W. T.
Engelke, Manager of Quality Assurance and Safety.
In conjunction with those assignments, delegation of the remaining NRC license recognized organizational functions has been reaffirmed or revised as necessary.
The application for amendment to the NRC license formalizing the restructured organization is in preparation and will be forwarded in the near future.
