This is in response to your letter dated October 18, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infomation Act, copies of all IE Notices for Material Licensees.
In a telephone conversation with Ms. Mary Jean Pool of my staff on October 24, Ms. Pool informed you that all IE Notices are available at the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. Enclosed is a list of IE Notices available at the PDR. Also enclosed is a copy of a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.
