1. Reexports from the U.K. are allowed to the following countries only:

l Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, l Switzerland, U.K. and West Germany

2. Individual pieces of graphite, either for export to the U.K. or for resal by Graphite Technologies, may not weigh more than 500 kilograms;

3. Individual reexport shipments may not exceed 1,000 kilograms;

4. No more than 10 metric tons per year may be reexported to any one re-cipient country; and

5. Reexports from the U.K. will be for non-nuclear end uses only.
