SUBJECT:
IMPROPER ACCESS CONTROLS On November 13, 1985, the licensee telephonically reported to the NRC, Region V, that two contractors, from Nuclear Power Service (NPS) had been allowed access to the protected area without being searched or badged.
(NOTE: These two NPS contractors had been previously ccreened and currently are authorized unescorted access). The unbadged contractors were di covered by a NPS supervisor and escorted to the access control area where appropriate cetion was taken.
A cafeguards inspector has been dispatched to the site.
