The unit was in hot shutet n (532 ) tihen the valve was fourici (.losed, thus violatina specif ication 3.4.2.
lhe auxiliary steam valve c ould have been used to operate the turbine driven pump.
The n,ator driven energency feed pumps s,ere available.
Upon dist.overy, the valve was or.ened and the pump was successfully ter,ted.
Aritiit ion 61 details and corrective action will be addressed in the follow up report.
