Dear Mr. Zwolinski:
The reference (b) letter transmitted the results of the NRC staff and consultants review of the Quad Cities DCRDR Final Summary Report (reference a).
In response to the concerns identified ~in the Audit Report transmitted with reference (b), enclosed please find Supplement I to the Quad Cities DCRDR Summary Report.
Volume 1 of this report supplements Volume 1 of the original " Summary Report".
It provides our response to the general comments and concerns documented in appendixes A & D of the Audit Report.
Volume 2 of this report responds to the concerns identified for specific human engineering discrepancies and supersedes Volume 2 of the~ original Summary Report.
(Section 3 of Volume 1 is a cross index of concerns addressed in the NRC Audit Report and CECO responses in this report).
