Dear Dr. Brown,
This is a request to extend the 30-day reconciliation period required by 10 CFR 70.51 e4 for our 9/20/85 inventory which would normally terminate on 10/20/85 to 11/8/85.
This request comes as a result of the ISAF equipment reporting bias high results in assaying sludge from MBA-5 H.P.B. standpipes. I have been assured numbers will be provided promptly to allow my completion to the 9/20/85 Inventory Reconciliation by 11/8/85. Ihave attached to this letter data which shows this inventory to be typical of past inventories.
This 15 day extension will enable us to complete the analysis of the material.
Enclosed is a check for $150.00 for administrative fees involved with the processing of this request.
