MINUTES OF CRGR MEETING NUMBER 80 The Comittee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) met on Monday, September 9, 1985 from 12:30 5 p.m.
A list of attendees for this meeting is enclosed (Enclosure 1).

D. Mathews (IE) briefed the CRGR regarding the Comission paper concerning Offsite Medical Services. Enclosure 2 sumarizes this matter (Category 2 item).
2.
T. Speis (NRR) presented for CRGR review the proposed Resolution of USI A-43, " Containment Emergency Sump Performance. Enclosure 3 suninarizes this matter (Category 2 item).

B. Boger (NRR) briefed the CRGR concerning the Resolution of Public Coments for the proposed final rulemaking on 10 CFR Part 55, " Operators' Licensess" and three related Regulatory Guides. sumarizes this matter (Category 2 item).
Enclosures 2, 3 and 4 contain predecisional information and therefore will not be released to the Public Document Room until the NRC has considered (in a public forum) or decided the matters addressed by the information.
