Dear Mr. Martin,
Thisis'inresponsetokyourletterofJuly 22, 1985, which states that 'certain portions of Revision No.
3 to the Indian Point Station Unit Nos. I and 2 Security Force Training and Qualifica-tion Plan were considered to be not acceptable.
This revision das submitted by Consolidated Edison as an attachment to a letter dated May 28,.1985 to Dr. Thomas E. Murley.
On June 20, 1985, Mr. Gregory Smith of NRC, Region I Staff, contacted the Con. Edison Indian Point Security Administrator to bring to his attention those unacceptable portions of Revision Ng. 3. \\ At that time specific corrective actions were discussed and it was agreed that the se corrective actions be subsequently

inplemented and' submitted ' as Revision No.
4.
By letter dated July 17, 1985, con Edison submitted the required number of copies of Revision No. 4 of the Indian Point 1 and 2. Security Force Training and Qualification Plan to NRC-Region I.
We therefore request that you accept our July 17, 1985 submittal of Revision No. 4 as our response to your letter of July 22, g
1985, as supplemented by the attached description of each change.
