It is my understanding that Hoffman-LaRoche (possibly through its domestic subsidiary, Medi + Physics) has sought to purchase a reactor from Union Carbide, and that the NRC may hold a public hearing on the proposed sale. Please provide all available background material on the proposed sale and hearing date, if any.
Please consider this request to be lodged under FOIA to the extent necessary to obtain information identified above.
