The purpose of this letter is to forward to you the attached Semi-Annual Effluent Release Report and meteorological summary for the first half of 1985 in compliance with Paragraph 5.6 l.b of the Unit I and Unit 2 Environmental Technical Specifications. The report does not include the complete analytical results or the second quarter meteorological summary. An updated report shall be submitted as soon as these results are completed.
