Article III - Consideration and Payment, Paragraphs A.] 'and 2 are deleted in their entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
A.
Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation 1.
It is estimated that the total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of Phase I (Task 1, 2 and 3), Phase II (Task 4, 5 and 6) and Phase III (Task 7 and
- 8) of this contract will be $3,689,880,
$3,385,211 of which the sum and of which $304,669 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, represents the fixed fee.
(NOTE:
This modification provides for an increase of $409,631 in

poeification No. 13 Pe9e 4 the total estimated cost of $3,280.249 to the above amount of $3,689,880. Estimated reimbursable costs are increased from $3,009,403 by $375,808 to $3,385,211 and fixed fee is increased from $270,846 by $33,823 to
$304,669.) There shall be no adjustment in.the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.

Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are increased by $369,700 from
$3,280,249 to $3,649,949.
4.
ARTICLE X - TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT is revised to read as follows:
" ARTICLE X - TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT Total expenditure for domestic travel shall not exceed $5,000.00 for Phase I (Task 1, 2 and 3), $23,000.00 for Phase III (Task 7 and
- 8) and 513,880.00 for Phase II (Task 4 and 5) without the prior approval of the Contracting Officer.
The contractor will be reimbursed for the following reasonable domestic travel costs incurred directly and specifically in the performance of this contract and accepted by the Contracting Officer:
1.
Per diem shall be reimbursed at a daily rate not to exceed
$75.00.
The per diem amount is comprised of lodging, meals, and miscellaneous expenses, j
2.
The cost of travel by privately owned automobile shall be reimbursed at the rate of 20.Sc per mile.
3.
The cost of travel by rented automobile shall be reimbursed on a reasonable actual expense basis.
4 All commor. carrier travel reimbursable hereunder shall be via i
economy class rates when available.
If not available, l
reimbursement vouchers will be annotated that economy class accommodations were not available.
