SUBJECT:
AE0D REPORT ON TRENDS AND PATTERNS ANALYSIS OF FEEDWATER TRANSIENTS AT WESTINGHOUSE PWRs We were pleased to receive your final report on the trends and patterns analysis of feedwater transients at Westinghouse PWRs. As indicated previously in our coments on the draft version of the report, we believe the report will be a useful reference document for ongoing programs in NRR. Two specific areas which will benefit directly from the analyses documented in the report are Risk and Reliability Assessment in the Division of Safety Technology, and Maintenance and Surveillance Program the Planning in Division of Human Factors Safety. Copies of the report will be provided to the cognizant program managers.
We note that responses to our coments on the draft version of the report have been incorporated in the final version. We have no additional comments at this time.
