NRC-03 89-029 Modification No.11 Page 2 of 2 The aurpose of this modification is to:
(1) decrease the unexpended balance of t1e contract by $18.336.10 which reduces the guaranteed minimum obligated from $136.046 to $117.709.90 ($898.76 is transferred to Task Order No. 13 of NRC-03 89 029); and (2) incorporate the final indirect cost rates.
Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Under Subsection B.2 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - TASK ORDERS (AUG 1989) ALTERNATE I (AUG 1989) paragraph c is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"c.
The guaranteed minimum obligated by the Government is decreased by
$18.336.10. Therefore, the guaranteed minimum obligated by the Government under this contract is $117.709.90.
t898.76 of the guaranteed minimum is transferred to Task Order No.13 of NRC-03-89-029.

Under Subsection G.I. Indirect Cost Rates (June 1988), paragraph a is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
Final Indirect Rate Base Period Overhead Direct labor 9/29/89 6/30/90 Direct labor 7/01/90-6/30/91 Direct labor 7/01/91-6/30/92 Direct labor 7/01/92-6/30/93 Direct labor 7/01/93-9/29/94 All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
