Dear Mr. Mobley:
Enclosed, please find two copies of the technical assessment of Apgee Corporation's responses to a confirmatory action letter (and supplement) issued from our Region I office on June 19,1996. The assessment indicated that a number of issues will need to be coordinated and discussed with your office since EG&G Berthold has indicated that it will become the sole distributor of Berthold devices in the near future and has applied with your office for distribution licenses and registration certificates fur the Berthold devices. I have enclosed the extra copy of the assessment for Mr. Charles Amott whom I understand is reviewing the EG&G Berthold applications.
