A Senior Reactor Op,.rator at the Wolf Creek Generating Station. received a license renewal, Docket Number 55-40256/ License Number SOP 43474-1.
This license renewal, with an effective date of January 20, 1995, and an amendment date of February 26, 1996, contained a license restriction requiring the j
submittal of additional information annually from the date of the license amendment.
This letter is being submitted late due to the individual being scheduled for a complete physical examination at the end of February.
The delay was discussed with Laura Hurley at the Region IV office in Arlington, Texas.
This letter is being submitted to, meet the requirement of this restriction.
The enclosure to this letter contains the required additional information.
