Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 5 552(a)(3) and 10 C.F.R. 5 9.23(b), please provide copies of all NRC Office of Investigations (OI) reports and all supporting materials regarding and/or related to any OI investigations at Commonwealth Edison's Braidwood Station, performed by Mr. Rob Marsh or others, focused on the terminations and/or access denials of two employees of Burns International Security Services in 1994 including but not limited to OI Case No. 3-94-045.,
I would appreciate that any readily available materials be provided as soon as possible.
I will arrange for a courier to retrieve materials as they become available.
