Dear Mr. Terry:
This refers to the meeting conducted in the Region IV office on December 4,1996. This meeting was a working level exchange concerning Revision 25 to the Comanche Peak Emergency Plan (see Enclosure 1), and addressed the overall staffing of the emergency response organization and the duties and responsibilities of the individual responders. is a mark-up of the working papers used during the meeting.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
