REPORT NO. 70-1151/85-07 REVISED On June 24 - 28, 1985, NRC inspected activities authorized by NRC License No. SUM-1107 for your Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel Division, Columbia facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed inspection report.
j This corrects Report No. 70-1151/85-07 dated August 6, 1985, which inadvertently omitted one sentence from page 3 details and misidentified one rod number listed 1
in Table 1.
