t By letter dated January 3,1985, your company paid the $150 application fee we requested on December 20, 1984, for Topical Report No. TP-02 on
" Dewatering Systen" as referred to in your letter dated August 6,1984 (ref.1812). Until recently, we did not realize that your company paid the $150 application fee with another August 6 letter (ref.1811).
Although only one application fee is required to be remitted for this August 6 submittal, we propose to retain both fees and give your company credit for them at the time you are billed in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(f)forthereportreview.
If the above transaction is not acceptable to your company, please let us know and we will refund one of the $150 application fees.
