Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan; Report of Change-Revision Number Twelve
Dear Mr. Martin:
The Contingency Plan (Volume II of the CNS Safeguards Plan) is being revised to incorporate numerous security upgrades and other modifications at the Cooper Nuclear Station. These changes include, but are not limited to, site building additions and modifications, fenceline relocation, new station access badges, CNS organization changes, security force re-organization, and a security computer upgrade. Numerous clerical (i.e., capitalization, numerical listing and sequencing, format layout, pagination, identity and date, etc.)
and terminology corrections and substitutions have also been made where necessary. Additionally, Tables 3-1 thru 3-5 have been deleted as they are already a part of Volume I.
Accordingly, Nebraska Public Power District is submitting, in accordance with the provisions _ of _10CFR Part 50._54(pl, a Report of Change to the Cooper Nuclear Statibn Safeguards Plan, levision Eleven. Upon incorporation of this change, the current Safeguards Plan becomes Revision Twelve. We believe, the enciesed changes, annotated by sidebars, do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR Part 73.21 and its discicsure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
Therefore, we request the material, with the exception of the cover letter, to bc withheld from public disclosure.
