) Missouri of deficiencies identified during the November 19,1996, Cooper Nuclear Station full-scale biennial exercise.

Four deficiencies were identified in Atchison County. The deficiencies involved formulation

. and dissemination of accurate information and instructions to the public, implementation of l appropriate protective actions for special populations, implementation of appropriate

protective actions for school children, and traffic flow and area access control.

! We request that you assist offsite officials with corrective actions as required and track the j State's corrective actions for these deficiencies. Please keep this office informed of the i resolution status of these issues.
