Purpose:
To discuss and develop a criteria of acceptance for restart with respect to resolving deficiencies of pipe hangers noted in a recent inspection of pipe hangers.
It appears that with the inspection of approximately 330, only a few were acceptable.
Most had problems concerning the welds. However, all appeared to be properly located.
