Enclosed is the Quality Assurance Program for Shipment of 239 Plutonium-Beryllium Neutron Sources. This Quality Assurance Program is limited to the shipment of 23* Plutonium-Beryllium neutron sources in the Model DOT 6M packaging from the University of Detroit to the United States Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico.
