SUBJECT:

MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO TASK ORDER NO. 2, ENTITLED, " REASSESSMENT OF DEBRIS INGESTION EFFECTS ON EMERGENCY CORE COOLING SYSTEM PUMP PERFORMANCE" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-95-047 The purpose of this modification is to (1) incorporate a within-scope change in accordance with the attached statement of work and SEA's technical proposal dated January 16, 1997, both hereby incorporated, (2) increase the task order ceiling by $21,951 from S246,414 to $268,365, (3) provide funding in the amount of $21,951 and (4) change the period of performance to end on March 31, 1997. Accordingly, Task Order No. 2 is modified as follows:

Paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from September 11, 1995 through March 31, 1997, with a cost ceiling of $268,365.00. The amount of

$253,196.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $15,196.00 represents the fixed fee."

The statement of work is revised to incorporate the revisions in the attached Statement of Work.

Accounting Data for Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 2 is as follows:
